Office Protect allows you to easily create, customize, and download an Outlook email template to encourage unregistered users to register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
This tool streamlines the process of reaching out to users who have not yet enrolled in MFA, providing a pre-built template that you can personalize with your messaging, or use Office Protect default one.
How to create your template
- Go to MFA Audit section
- Choose your tenant in the Tenant Config table, and click on the menu
- Select "Send registration reminder to all not registered"
- Select the users that are not-registered you want to send the reminder to
- Click Next and customize your template. You need to enter your signature, you can add your company logo (must not exceed 2mB) and you can change the template texts, including the email subject. These changes will be saved for future use once you have downloaded it.
- Click Next, and download your template
- Log into Outlook on the account from which you want to send this email and double-click on the downloaded file
- Review the email in Outlook and send it!
